My name is Conny Ploesser, I am certified trainer, a former World Games Winner and German Champion in Bodybuilding and Karate. I have competed in competitions around the world. After my professional career, I opened my own gym in Germany which was successful for many years. Then, fourteen years ago, I left my native country to come to the United States, where I have built a career as a reputable fitness expert here in South Florida. My love of fitness began when I was nine years old with gymnastics, then on to track and field and at the age of fifteen I began bodybuilding. A sport that continues to challenge and motivate me to share my knowledge of health and fitness with clients seeking to better themselves through exercise and healthy living. My motto is: a healthy body, a healthy mind. A motto I live by and encourage my clients too as well. Each client is different and has different goals. I taylor my fitness plans to meet those individual goals, to obtain the results my clients are seeking and goals they can maintain for a lifetime.
