There is more to working out than just sweating in the gym. Having a well thought out plan combining exercise and nutrition is essential for achieving your goals. Being an athlete all my life and a personal trainer for the last 15 years has helped me develop a plan for success. As your personal trainer, I will help you reach your goals by charting your progress and evaluating your every workout. We set new goals on a month-to-month basis. By keeping a journal, I will keep track of your progress and see what works for you and what doesn't. You will build muscle and burn fat. Nutrition is just as important in your routine. Up to 80% of your success in the gym is attributed to nutrition; therefore keeping a food diary is imperative.
