An Independent Personal Trainer, I.F.B.B. Pro Roxanne Edwards has been training and competing since 1995. She has won five shows: the ANBC NYC Naturals (1995), NPC Eastern USA (2000), Musclemania New York (2004), Musclemania Super Body (2005), and the NPC National Championship (2011), where she not only won her weight class but achieved recognition by the International Federation of Bodybuilders as a professional athlete.

An aspiring actress, Roxanne was cast as Sappho Sabratha in the Alfred Preisser - Randy Weiner spectacular Caligula Maximus, a theatrical show which enjoyed an extended run in 2010 at the La Mama Theater in Manhattan. She performed in Narsisister's Masquerade in Winter 2011 as well as in Sarah Small's Tableau Vivant. She was a performer at the MoMa PS1 this summer in an event presented by DIS, an online fashion magazine, which also featured her in a fashion shoot and interview in its October 2011 issue.
